If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us immediately. Refunds will not be given on purchases. After review we may offer you an exchange. If an exchange is granted you will be responsible for any shipping charges in relation to the return. Some items may not ship out immediately. Items like disc golf baskets, under most circumstances, must be ordered and will ship after they arrive to us. It usually takes three to four business days for them to arrive. For an example, if you select a basket with three day select shipping you would add three to four business days on to that for a six to seven business day delivery. If you place an order on the weekend, under most circumstances, it will not ship out until the following Monday. If a selected item isnt available, we may substitute your selected item with the closest available. If you prefer, when you place your order you can place in the comments field to ship the chosen item.
